How do you provide such a high service uptime?
Exactrak has a dedicated in-house support team, pro-actively monitoring your vehicles daily. We will notify any concerns where trackers or assets have not reported in or received attribute data. Our fully trained engineers are able to attend sites daily to identify and restore all issues, ensuring downtime of vehicles is kept to a minimum.
How secure is my tracking data?
Exactrak is hosted on Microsoft’s hybrid cloud platform, Azure, across multiple data centres, providing overall resiliency and reliability by allowing your data to be backed up in more than one geographic location. Performance, security and reliability are key to providing our customers with a dedicated service they can rely on. Your Exactrak data is retained and archived on Azure for over 21 years.
Can you integrate with my existing system?
With over 30 years experience in vehicle tracking and GIS mapping, our in-house technical team can seamlessly integrate your requirements. In conjunction with an appointed project manager, we work closely to detail a specification through to final implementation within an agreed timetable.
Can you offer training?
Our on-line user guide provides initial support to get you started with using the Exactrak system. In addition we offer continued training to our users, on site, with a highly trained and experienced team member. We also host various refresher forums which are available to all users.
How are new features developed?
The Exactrak tracking solution has been developed with support, feedback and requests from our users to make it a market leading product. All existing users are invited to attend the user group forums and have the opportunity to openly discuss on-going developments. All reasonable requests are considered and added to our long term development plan. Feedback is provided to all users.
