Our in-vehicle tracking kits are second-to-none, with the highest frequency of GPS data points in the industry. Every 250 meters travelled and every 30° turn, the Extrack control box on the vehicle will generate a data point, which allows us to offer you highly accurate tracking and vehicle data. Data points are also generated when the control box detects a change in road conditions, and can be configured to track custom data such as rock salt usage by gritters.
Simple user reports and management reporting
Within Exactrak, we provide a comprehensive suite of both standard and configurable management reports. The report dashboard includes a wizard allowing users to create their own reports so that they can access the exact data needed. Report data can be extracted from many sources such as winter maintenance exception reports, idle times and time spent at specific locations, to mileage reports and driving style reports.
These reports can be generated as you go or scheduled to run automatically. All reports can be accessed 24/7 and sent to either you or a colleagues’ inbox on a daily or weekly basis, allowing you to make informed management decisions and ensure you realise a high return on your investment.
Support and maintenance
Our dedicated in-house support team proactively monitor all vehicles fitted with Exactrak specialist tracking kits. Automatic alerts are triggered to notify the team of any potential issues where a tracker or asset has not reported in, or not receiving attribute data. Our engineers are able to attend site daily to identify and restore all issues, keeping any down-time to a minimum.
